Delia’s Frenchie Backpack Specs and Backpack Images
Frenchie Backpack:
I created this backpack using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop in 2017.
First, I found stock images which I edited in Photoshop, I then brought those to Illustrator where I created additional artwork and designed the overall placement. Next, I created the tech pack and artwork layout to send to the factory. The factory would then create and send me a sample to approve. Once we had an order placed on this style, I received swatch cards from the factory with each material to approve as well as a swatch of the art printed on the material. Once we approved all of these, they would then send a production quality sample for approval or comments. Once the sample was approved by me, the factory could then start production on the order.
This is an example of the overall process of design, development, sampling, and production, that I dealt with and oversaw for most of my designs.

Emoji Denim Doodle Backpack
One of by biggest accomplishments with the Emoji License was when they agreed to approve the Denim Doodle print backpack. I had mixed “doodle” graphics and they did not like the original art mixed with Emoji art. However, after explaining how strong this makes the design, they agreed. And it was a huge seller!
